This wine is made from grapes gathered in October. Bunches are placed in cellar, in red wooden cases. Fermentation takes place in steel vessels at temperature of 28-30oC then moved to barriques where Barolo will remain for 2 years. It presents a red ruby colour with shades that make it full and intense. On the nose this is a fruity wine: raspberry, vanilla and cherry stand up among the variety of notes. It should be served in a wide crystal glass at a temperature of 18oC. Decantation is suggested two hours before serving to bring out its qualities. Best paired with grilled ort stewed red meat, game meat and aged cheeses.
