100% Aglianico

From Boscoreale – Terzigno – Pompei; the wine has deep ruby red colour, a  bouquet scent of ripe red fruits and red fruits jam that melts with sweet vanilla  notes due to the ageing in woods for around 5 months. In the mouth, it is full  and intense with good tannic structure but also soft and silky. Best served at  18-20oC and perfectly paired with strong soups, rich first courses, roast and  braised red meats and matured cheeses and salami.
